Das Konzept ist gut.

2 Tage incl. Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Betten waren zu weich, so dass wir schlecht geschlafen haben. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war eher übersichtlich. Das frische Obst war sehr gut.

Una estancia estupenda. Las habitaciones tienen los techos altos y ya son grandes de por si. Las camas son super confortables y el diseño de los muebles es innovador y diferente. Me dí cuenta que otros hoteles con propuestas similares siempre quedaban al lado de las vias de tren, mientras que el ku damm 101 esta en un barrio agradable y sin sorpresas. Lo recomiendo vivamente, ya es mi hotel en Berlin.

My experience with Ku\'Damm 101 hotel was overall very positive. The relationship price/quality is adequate, the employees were friendly and the cleanliness without repairs.
I have only two things to suggest in order to improve the service:
1) The room cleaning service should not star before 10h00, at lest nearby the rooms that have guests. This is because the doors of the rooms close strongly and produce lots of noise. The cleaning staff enters the rooms lots of times and the noise produced is quite annoying for those guests that like to rest over the morning. We were awakened several days around 9h00 with slamming of doors of the rooms nearby by the cleaning staff.
2) Another little thing that can improve is the ventilation of the corridors. I understand that the doors must be closed for security reasons, but you should assure some ventilation in the corridors because the air there is \"heavy\" and \"smelly\".
Despite these suggestions, the overall evaluation of the hotel is very good.
